We want to standardize the way in which users navigate through our content, in order to reduce cognitive load and promote information relevance. Essentially this is a variation of how our layout currently works, just that instead of dumping all the information on a single page we go from macro to micro in more of a drill-down approach, depending on the level of detail the user needs.
For example, users with multiple properties will first see a listing of all their hotels and groups, before choosing one for which they want to see an overview of stats. These would be displayed on differently sized cards depending on what is more relevant, and they could expand into their own full detail page.
Same drill-down would apply for multiple surveys, or competitor sets, Listing → Overview → Details, while for a single property the dashboard as we now know it would be replaced by the overview page.
